An idea for quick breakfast

Hi everyone!

One day  I had enough of boring porridge with milk and I came up with an idea to use boiling water instead of milk and put yogurt with fruit corner (Muller) on the top. This is so easy and quick to preper, very tasty and good for you, good to start your day. Yesterday I added banana  and was even better and filled me up for long time.


I put 5 tbsp of porridge, small glass of boiling water and 1 yogurt.


After adding water to the porridge you have to leave it for couple minutes to soak...


and the last ingredient...yogurt.

  1. I needed a quick breakfast today. This was very quick and tasty too. I used YEO Valley yogurt - rhubarb ;) from the big pot. I absolutely love Yeo !! Ginger that was a great idea :)

  2. It does look yummy and I love it with different kind of yoghurts as well. I always cook oats in water as it is better for you. I add milk or yoghurt afterwards. Sometimes I put peanut butter and maple syrup in as well (I use plain yoghurt or milk then). Thanks Ginger. Cinnamon x
