Pizza time

Regarding food, I was just thinking what to prepare for dinner... I thought pizza time today. I will share with you my special recipe. Of course every pizza recipe is similar but it depends on ingredients - you can make it your own.
Pizza is definitely not the healthiest choice but so tasty and sometimes you just have to brake the rules and treat yourself :)
So lets get to the business:)
Prepare your ingredients:
The dough
-2 glasses of white bread flour
-1/2 glass of warm, boiled water
-2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil 
-1 x 7 grams sachets of dried yeast
-1/2 tbs salt
-1/2 brown sugar
-2 tbs provencal herbs
-sprinkle basil
The tomato sauce:

-Tesco tomato pure
-1 clove of garlic
-salt, pepper, basil, provencal herbs
-golden syrup
The topping:

-1 onion
-mushrooms
-2 chicken breast fillets
-parma ham
-1 yellow paprika

Method
Make sure you wash your hands properly.
1. In the big bowl I mixed flour and yeast.
2. Next to the mixture I added olive oil, salt, herbs and sugar. I mixed all well again.
3. Gradually I added water and mixed everything together using spoon initially and then my hand.    Knead until you have nice smooth dough.
4. Next cover your bowl with a cloth and place it in a warm room for about an hour, until your dough is actually double in seize. 
When my dough was resting I prepared all the topping ingredients. 
I mixed tomato pure with herbs, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and golden syrup.
I chopped paprika and onion.
I also chopped mushrooms and chicken breast and fried all using coconut oil. 
20 min before the dough is ready get your oven heated up to the maximum.
Now, once your dough is big enough spread it out on a tray. Smear tomato sauce on the pizza base, then put parma ham on it. Next layer is mushrooms and chicken breast. Add paprika and onion and it's ready.

Place your pizza into oven for about 15-25. min. It depends on what kind of oven you have.
And that's it. :)
I always thought that is very difficult to make pizza but the recipe proves otherwise. Also the only ingredient you might not have it in the average fridge is yeast. It takes about 20 min to prepare all the ingredients. So it is simple, very tasty and except waiting for dough to grow, quick to prepare.
