Pepper's homemade guacamole

After delicious Vanilla's brownies it is time for something more lighter. Guacamole or as I always say avocado paste is simple and easy-to- make recipe. You can find so many of them on internet but it is always good to make the recipe your own. Guacamole is avocado- based dip so more then anything u will need:
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 of medium lemon
- 1/2 of medium paprika
- salt, pepper, basil, and garlic granules :)
Colour of paprika doesn't really matter. I just wanted all to be green today.

Instructions:
1. In bowl, mash avocados.

2. Squeeze lemon until you have got enough juice and add it to the mash.
3. Chop garlic, paprika and add to the mash.
4. Add some salt, pepper, garlic granules and basil.
5. Mix it all well and it's ready.

I love to eat my avocado paste with crispbread. You can top it up with ham and tomato, all depends of what is your preference.

Enjoy
Pepper

  2. Guess what, I've got all the ingredients at home, even crisp bread. So I know what I'll have tomorrow for lunch :-). I need a lot of vitamins at the moment cause I've got a nasty cold still.
