- 2 medium avocados
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 of medium lemon
- 1/2 of medium paprika
- salt, pepper, basil, and garlic granules :)
Colour of paprika doesn't really matter. I just wanted all to be green today.
Instructions:
1. In bowl, mash avocados.

3. Chop garlic, paprika and add to the mash.
4. Add some salt, pepper, garlic granules and basil.
5. Mix it all well and it's ready.
I love to eat my avocado paste with crispbread. You can top it up with ham and tomato, all depends of what is your preference.

ReplyDeleteGuess what, I've got all the ingredients at home, even crisp bread. So I know what I'll have tomorrow for lunch :-). I need a lot of vitamins at the moment cause I've got a nasty cold still.
