I just came back from gym and I thought what to eat...
It is a dilemma because I wanted to eat enough and not be hungry but have enough space for diner as well :) and there was something else, not much left in fridge ha.
So I had bread, mozzarella, paprika, tomato, ham and spring onion. Just enough to make my favorite mozzarella toasts.
Simple as is sound, just slice you mozzarella and place it on a bread. On mozzarella put ham then tomato and paprika. Top it all up with sliced spring onion. As I always say, I love herbs and seasoning so sprinkle some provencal herbs, garlic granules salt and pepper. As well as herbs and the rest of ingredients you have to adjust to how you like it and how much you want to eat.
Place your toasts into oven, previously warmed up till 180 degrees for about 15- 20 min. And again every oven is different so keep an eye on your toasts.
